2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
✅ Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery. However, a ₹200 COD charge applies.

3. How long will delivery take?
- Standard delivery time: 5–7 business days (depending on location).
- Remote or rural areas may take longer.
4. Do you ship outside India?
Currently, we only deliver within India.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp. You can track your package online until delivery.
6. What is your return and exchange policy?
- ✅ Exchange Available within 7 days of delivery (unused & in original packaging).
- ❌ No returns or refunds are accepted.
7. Who bears the shipping cost for exchange?
The customer needs to bear the shipping charges for exchange, unless the product received is damaged or defective.
